Typical services and request types could include anything from housing and benefits to recycling or pothole repair. The application was used by Buckinghamshire Council to deliver essential services to Buckinghamshire residents during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

What does your Citizen Services Request Management application do?

Citizen Services Request Management allows you to streamline your public sector processes. CSRM provides local authorities and health organisations with a system to seamlessly manage citizen requests for services. It also streamlines the allocation of requests to relevant service providers, effectively managing these as well. Typical services and request types could include anything from housing and benefits to recycling and pothole repair.

The centralised system provides a workflow to turn citizens requests (submitted via an organisations web portal) into actionable tickets that are automatically assigned to service providers for management through to delivery.
