Alice has been with Unifii for just under three years, coming in as a recent graduate. Her previous experience was primarily customer experience focussed; working in a variety of roles with the same firm for over nine years. Fun fact - she also worked for an immigration firm in Australia when Covid-19 had begun, so that was a very interesting introduction to the pandemic!

Andrea is our Director of Unifii Ireland. She's been with Unifii since December 2018 and previously worked on the ServiceNow platform since 2014, but as a customer. She has found that coming from the client-side and then over to a ServiceNow partner gives a lot of helpful insight; this has helped Andrea understand each client’s needs and how Unifii can provide maximum value to them.

Brad is our esteemed Senior Technical Consultant specialising in HR Service Delivery. With a wealth of experience in building advanced technical solutions and ServiceNow instances for diverse businesses, he brings a unique perspective on implementing HR strategies and understands the specific needs of organisations like yours.

Michelle Meehan is a Sales Account Manager and IRM Practice Lead at Unifii. Prior to joining Unifii, Michelle was a ServiceNow Technology Resilience Lead at Lloyds Banking Group. Her work at LBG spanned various ServiceNow solutions based on ITSM, ITBM, GRC & Scoped Applications. Michelle is now the lead on some of Unifii’s key FS projects.

Mike is a highly experienced ITIL Service Management and IT project management specialist, as well as being the founder and director of Unifii. He’s previously worked in several roles as a Service Management and Programme Manager; at Barclays, he led the technical delivery of the largest ServiceNow implementation in the world to date. 

Myles is an experienced Technology advisory and delivery consultant, having previously spent over a decade in project delivery roles across Financial Services including working with the likes of Barclays and Credit Suisse.

Paul is Unifii’s Operations Director as well as heading up the Scottish Office here at Unifii. He has been working with ServiceNow since 2014 when he introduced the platform into the NHS in Scotland! Later, Paul joined Unifii in 2017 to help customers ‘north of the Watford gap’ and continues to add value to all parts of the business.

Shlomo has been with Unifii for almost six years now, starting as an intern initially, and has completed numerous implementations on the ServiceNow platform to date. His background is very much technical and analytical, so he combined his logical thinking with technology and arrived in the computer science and technology space!

Steve is a founder and director of Unifii and has worked in the financial services industry since 1998. He has delivered large scale digital transformation projects at both UBS and Barclays, heading up the Service Management tooling strategy for the latter.

Theodora is the Company Secretary and is the go-to for most things here at Unifii. She's been with Unifii for a little over six years (when Unifii was called 'Service Integrators!).
