Workplace Service Delivery: return to work the smart (ServiceNow) way 

CIOs and employees the world over would agree that working life has changed drastically within the last two years. Before, a regimented 9-5/6 office structure was the norm, whereas hybrid or flexible working is what we’ve all now grown accustomed to. Many report increased productivity and a healthier work-life balance since working remotely during the pandemic; Forbes references a study by the University of Southampton, which found that 54% of participants felt that their work productivity had got higher for every hour they worked than it was before the pandemic. Unifii implemented ServiceNow’s Workplace Reservation Management application for Buckinghamshire Council to replace their legacy platform used for room booking. With Unifii’s help, they are now utilising the value of an integrated desk and room booking capability which has helped them massively with an uncomplicated return to the office. Reservation Management will make it easier for Buckinghamshire Council employees to reserve meeting rooms, conference rooms and desks, as well as request flexible and standard services available for those rooms, such as televisions and projectors.
